As a Chartered Accountant CA(SA), I have both the theoretical and practical knowledge of how businesses function at a deep level. My corporate career has given me significant insight into people in the workplace and how each of us fulfil our own personal and career aspirations.

My passion for people development was ignited early in my career while working in professional services.  The structured, formal training environment offered the foundation of my journey to becoming a Learning and Development professional.

I have been fortunate in my career to have travelled extensively to present and develop programmes, develop people and to be the catalyst of change across a number of organisations. I have led and been part of numerous assignments and opportunities across the fields of Learning and Development, Organisation Development and Human Resources.

My experiences whilst working for Investec, KPMG and Arthur Andersen, allowed me to travel and to work in over 30 countries. During these times I was able to be a part of individual peoples’ development, assisting people in career transitions and helping people maximise work performance and personal potential. I have personally benefitted tremendously from these processes.

The experience I have gained within a host of world-class organisations, whilst working with exceptionally talented people, has led me to combine the best of what I have learnt into an offering of my own Professional Development Consultancy. To this end I have also furthered my education through the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioural Sciences in the United Kingdom and have completed my
Global Organisation Development Certificate Programme in March 2018.
